Robot vacuums can cut down on the need to sweep regularly, but they cannot replace plug-in models. To keep them in top condition requires emptying the dust bin following each cleaning session, wiping down the sensors and cameras occasionally and changing filters and side brushes when needed.
It has a decent-sized bin as well as an automatic emptying. But its obstacle avoidance still gets tangled up with cords and socks and it doesn't catch dirt close to baseboards.
iRobot Roomba 694"
